For many industries the office environment has gone through a transformation of seismic proportions. Many companies have decided against bringing large swaths of their workforce back to an office setting, instead electing a hybrid construct allowing employees the autonomy to shape their work lives. But this isn’t the case with ALL industries. Returning to a more conventional atmosphere is more than simply satisfying company optics, it’s believed it promotes better collaboration, productivity and morale. Time will tell which model is the most effective. For us, we found ourselves working alongside a new partner, Imagemedia, to produce a series of “Return to Work” videos for various Johnson & Johnson business units. We collaborated from initial creative concepts through final delivery. The end results were visually compelling, stylized, engaging and informative. The collection was very well-received across the globe as each narrative provided the workforce with critical information of how to operate while on campus premises as well as utilizing state of the art technology for seamless virtual engagements.
