We closed out 2021 working on a program employing a unique spin on the popular streaming series, “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee”. Instead of a world renown comedian at the helm, we had world class champion golfer, Jason Day. Over the course of each episode, Jason mingled with and interviewed a few Hollywood A-Listers and provided some very well-received (and often necessary) golfing tips. Julie Bowen of “Modern Family” fame, Anthony Anderson of “Blackish,” and Bellamy Young from “Scandal”, temporarily traded their acting chops for spikes and learned from one of the sport’s elites. But the core of each episode wasn’t only focused on the game. They shared their connected experiences of family members who have battled cancer. The stories exposed the heightened vulnerability, resilience, and humanity that rises to the surface during the greatest times of need. The episodes were revealing, raw, and emotional. Our partners at MC3 successfully drove the production from start to finish. We worked with a consummate team of local crews in Florida who helped us shape exceptional results. This was a memorable one for certain and we were more than grateful to have a spot on the green.
